Terms & Conditions.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the freelance design and web services provided by Md Billal Hossain ("Designer", "I", "me"), a Certified Graphic & Web Designer and Founder & CEO of Bear My Brand, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By engaging my services or using this website, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any project engagement.

Services Provided

As a Certified Graphic & Web Designer with 9+ years of experience and Founder & CEO of Bear My Brand, I provide the following professional services:

• Brand Identity Design — logos, brand guidelines, visual identity systems
• Editorial & Publication Design — annual reports, quarterly reports, company profiles, capability statements
• Print Design — brochures, flyers, booklets, buyer's guides, promotional materials
• Web Design & Development — responsive websites, landing pages, portfolio sites
• Social Media Design — graphics, templates, campaign visuals
• Investment Deck & Presentation Design — pitch decks, investor presentations
• SEO & Web Development — search-optimised, clean-code websites

All services are provided on a freelance basis. A detailed project brief and scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before any work commences.

Payment Terms

Payment details:

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency (BDT, USD, or AUD depending on the client)
• The 70% upfront payment confirms your project booking and secures your slot in my schedule
• The remaining 30% must be paid in full before final deliverables are handed over
• Invoices are due within 3 business days of issuance
• Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is cleared

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative work, the 70% upfront deposit is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun:

• The deposit will not be refunded
• Any completed work up to the cancellation point will be delivered as-is
• No further work will be carried out

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at the Designer's discretion.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Timelines are dependent on:

• Prompt provision of required content, assets, and feedback from the client
• The number of revisions requested
• The complexity and scope of the project

Delays caused by late client responses may extend the delivery date. I am not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or late-provided content.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the project brief. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to the original brief after work has commenced will be treated as a new scope of work and quoted accordingly.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment (100%), all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. Until full payment is received:

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Md Billal Hossain
• The client may not use, publish, or distribute any designs prior to full payment

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner
• Ensure that all content provided does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Provide clear and consolidated feedback during revision rounds
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Confidentiality

I treat all client information and project details as confidential. I will not share, disclose, or use client information for any purpose other than completing the agreed project, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or any delays in project completion. My total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued engagement of services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
