About This Project
The Calta Group, a luxury residential real estate developer in South Florida, needed an aesthetic, minimalist landscape brochure for their million-dollar property VILLA UNICA. I handled the full design and layout of the 18-page brochure — selecting imagery and typography, structuring each page cohesively, and collaborating closely with the client to ensure their brand identity and key messages were accurately communicated.
