Healthcare
Practice sites that hold no patient data.
Websites, local search, and social automation for doctors and clinics. Nothing built here touches protected health information.
In the chamber, not behind a ticket queue.
Nine doctor and hospital sites live, and the comment and DM automation answering behind them. Everything is built to stay outside protected health information: no portal, no records, no intake of anything a HIPAA rule would cover.

Before you ask
The questions that come up.
If yours is not here, send it and you get a straight answer in writing.
Ask about your projectNo, and this is a legal limit rather than a preference. Anything touching protected health information belongs with a vendor that signs a business associate agreement, and n8n does not sign one. I build the parts of a practice that never touch a patient record, and I will tell you exactly where that line falls.
I will not use that phrase, because a brochure site that collects nothing has nothing to comply with, and claiming otherwise is how practices get misled. What I can tell you is precisely what the site stores, which is generally nothing beyond an enquiry name and email.
The map pack, then the site on a phone, then the phone number. That order decides the build: Google Business Profile first, page speed second, and a booking or call route that works with one thumb.
It should not, and it is built not to. It handles hours, location, services, and how to book, then hands anything clinical to a person. An agent that guesses at medical questions is a liability, not a feature.
