Search Engine Optimization

For a site somebody else built.

Monthly SEO for a site somebody else built - technical, on-page, and Google Business Profile. Free audit first, findings yours either way.

Every website I build includes complete SEO in the build price, so this page exists for one buyer: somebody whose site was built by somebody else. If I am building your site you do not need this and you will not be charged for it.

Who it is for — pick yours

That is exactly who this service is for. If I build your site, complete SEO is already in the build price - this monthly service exists for the site you already own.

Nobody controls Google, so nobody honest guarantees positions. What you get is measurable work, reported monthly - and a free audit first, with the findings handed over whether you hire me or not.

A build is one job that ends; this is ongoing work on a site somebody else assembled - auditing, fixing, writing, and ranking it month after month. It is also why SEO comes free inside my own builds.

What it costs

Published, not quoted on request.

One rate whatever the size of the site. A 5-page site and a 50-page site need the same thinking, and the larger one is often easier because there is more to work with.

Included in every project

  • Technical fixes
  • On-page optimization
  • Schema markup
  • Keyword and content mapping
  • GEO and AEO, so AI engines quote you
  • Google Business Profile setup and posts
  • Core Web Vitals and speed
  • Content writing
  • Link building
  • Monthly report

$450a month

This rate is for a site somebody else built. If I am building your site, complete SEO is already inside the price you see on those services and you pay nothing extra for it. The audit that starts either route is free, and you keep the findings whether or not you go ahead. No minimum term.

How the month runs

From keyword map to report.

Pick a step. Each one says what happens and exactly what you receive — the same discipline this site itself is built with.

  1. Before any money moves, I crawl the site and read it the way Google does: what is indexed, what is broken, what is thin, what competes with itself. If the site was built badly enough that a rebuild beats a retainer, I say that instead.

You get: A written findings list — yours to keep, hire me or not

  2. One keyword, one URL. Every page gets a target it can actually win, and no two pages fight each other for the same search. This map is the contract for everything that follows — content, links, and reporting all trace back to it.

You get: A keyword-to-URL map covering every page that matters

  3. Canonicals, redirects, the sitemap, indexing coverage, and Core Web Vitals. The unglamorous layer that decides whether the rest of the work counts — a page Google cannot crawl cleanly cannot rank, whatever its content says.

You get: A before-and-after of every technical issue closed

  4. Titles, headings, internal links, and the content itself, aligned to the keyword map page by page. Buyers and crawlers read the same words, so this is written for the buyer first — rankings follow readers, not the other way around.

You get: Rewritten pages, shipped and tracked against their targets

  5. JSON-LD that tells machines exactly what the words already tell people — who the business is, what it sells, what it costs, what questions it answers. Consistent entity data across every page, because inconsistency is what breaks trust with crawlers.

You get: Validated structured data on every page that earns it

  6. For a local business, the map pack is the front door. Setup or rescue, categories, services, photos, the review rhythm, and posts that keep the profile alive — the owner-view screenshots below are this step, measured.

You get: A managed profile with its numbers reported monthly

  7. Answer engines are the new front page: ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers cite pages that state facts cleanly. Answer blocks, question headings, and quotable structure make your pages the ones worth citing.

You get: Pages structured to be cited, not just ranked

  8. Every month closes with numbers a non-specialist can read: what moved, what was done, what is next. No minimum term holds you — the report has to justify the next month on its own.

You get: A monthly report in plain language, tied to the map

Before you ask

The questions that come up.

If yours is not here, send it and you get a straight answer in writing.

Ask about your project

A written list of what is wrong and what it is costing you, ordered by what would move first. You keep it whether or not you hire me. If the honest answer is that your site is fine and the problem is elsewhere, that is what it will say.

Technical fixes can show up in weeks. Anything competitive takes months, and anyone promising otherwise is either lying or planning to buy links. There is no minimum term precisely because I would rather you could leave than be locked in while waiting.

Getting quoted by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers rather than only ranking in the blue links. It needs different structure from classic SEO, and it is included at no extra charge because it is increasingly where the click gets decided.

Yes, setup and ongoing posts, in the same rate. For a business serving a physical area that is often the highest-return piece of the whole job, so putting it behind an add-on would be strange.
