Case Study — Search Engine Optimization
MexHome — Lesley B Fay.
The ongoing SEO work on a real estate site I also built, measured by Google's own meter: 95 performance, 96 accessibility, 100 best practices, 100 SEO on the August 2026 desktop report.

The job
Keep the site fast and findable month after month. This client started as an 18-page buyer's guide, which led to the website build, which led to the ongoing SEO — the full arc of how I prefer to work.
How it is run
The monthly work — technical, on-page, and profile — with Core Web Vitals held as a floor rather than a launch-day peak. A hand-coded site helps: no plugin chain, no database, nothing to slow down between visits.
