A tri-fold looks like the easy one and it is the hardest to get right. Six panels, a fixed reading order the reader controls, and panels that are not the same width because the inner one has to tuck. Most tri-folds are laid out as three equal columns, and you can see the mistake the moment one is folded.

A tri-fold is the right size for a handout that gets read standing up. Two days on the standard rate - say the date at the brief and I will tell you honestly whether it fits.
