The work is mine — Md Billal Hossain — and so is the relationship. The paperwork runs through my agency: every agreement, proposal, quotation, and invoice is issued under Bear My Brand, and your project's commercial records are managed in the agency's internal client invoicing and management system. One entity, one paper trail, nothing informal.

Bear My Brand and I are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working US Eastern hours. That is stated plainly here and everywhere else on this site — there is no US office and no US entity, and you will never find this site pretending otherwise.

Every engagement begins with a written proposal or quotation: the deliverable, the price, the timeline, and what each of us supplies. The prices published on this site are real and current, and the estimate you build with the services estimator is the honest starting point — but the signed proposal for your specific project is the document that governs it, including anything these terms do not cover.

A paid consultation ($80, 45 minutes) is billed up front and credited against your project if you go ahead.

The schedule is the same on every one-time project, at every size: 70% of the agreed price is paid in advance, at signing, before any work begins — that payment books the slot and starts the clock — and the remaining 30% is paid at delivery, when the finished work is handed over. No surprise invoices in between, because the price was fixed before the advance was paid.

Retainers and other monthly services — SEO, automation upkeep, the video retainer — are billed monthly, with no minimum term unless the proposal states one. Published discounts, like the 15% over $3,500, apply exactly as shown on the services page and never to monthly fees.

Payment goes through the Payoneer business account, which accepts debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Western Union, MoneyGram, international bank transfer, and PayPal Xoom all work too. Invoices come from Bear My Brand, as above.

A website build is a one-time project with a start, a delivery, and the 70/30 schedule — it is never folded into a monthly retainer, at any retainer level. What can join a retainer is website maintenance: once your site is live, its monthly care — updates, changes, upkeep — can be added to a monthly arrangement alongside other ongoing work. Build once, maintain monthly, and the two are never blurred into each other.

Design and website projects are revised until they are right — there is no fixed cap, because the point of the work is that you approve it. Video editing carries two to five revision rounds, scaled with the video's length, as stated on its price table. Revisions cover the agreed scope; new scope is quoted as new work, in writing, before it starts.

You own the finished work. At delivery you receive everything: InDesign packages and print-ready PDFs for documents, the full code repository for a website, exported workflows for automation, project files and masters for video. Ownership transfers with the final payment, and from that point you can hand any of it to anyone else and they can carry on without me.

I may show completed work in my portfolio and case studies, crediting you — if your project is confidential, say so in the proposal and it stays out.

• Content, logo, and brand guidelines where the proposal says the client supplies them — copywriting and content sourcing are available as priced add-ons.
• Hosting and domain in your own name, or purchased under your own account with my help. Your site lives on infrastructure you control, not mine.
• Timely approvals. A project that waits weeks for feedback moves its delivery date with it.

Some costs are yours and paid to third parties directly: hosting, domains, and — on plans that say so — your own AI API usage. Some timelines belong to platforms: social automation and n8n projects that touch Meta or Google APIs wait on those companies' app-review queues, which is why their turnaround is quoted as a range. SEO work is delivered honestly: measurable, reported, and never sold with a guaranteed ranking, because nobody controls Google.

I build websites, automations, and marketing for healthcare practices without touching patient data. I do not access, store, or process protected health information, I do not sign Business Associate Agreements, and nothing I deliver is represented by me as HIPAA-compliant. This is a legal boundary, stated identically across this site, and it is not negotiable in a proposal.

Scope changes are agreed in writing and priced before they happen. If a project is paused or canceled, the signed proposal governs what happens next — that document, not this page, is where your project's specifics live. I deliver the work with professional care and skill; beyond redoing work that falls short of the agreed scope, my liability on a project is limited to the fees you paid for it.

These terms and any agreement issued under them are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Practically, in nine years and 350+ projects, disagreements have been settled the same way every time: in writing, quickly, and by fixing the work.
