Multi-Page Brochure Design

Brochures built to be kept, not binned.

A brochure is the piece a buyer keeps after the meeting. Priced by page count, print-ready, and the InDesign source is yours.

A brochure is the one piece of marketing that survives the meeting. It sits on a desk, gets passed to somebody who was not in the room, and speaks for you when you are not there. That is a different job from a website, and it is why the format still exists.

Who it is for — pick yours

The single-subject book: one address or one product given the full treatment, like the 22 Countryside Lane brochure below - twelve pages for one house. The subject supplies the drama; the layout stays out of its way.

Then it has to survive the week after the meeting. That means real content in a keepable format, not a folded ad - the reader should find it hard to justify throwing away.

That is a structure problem, not a page-count problem. Lead with the one thing you want remembered, cut what nobody reads, and let the photography breathe - the page count usually goes down, and the price with it.

What it costs

Published, not quoted on request.

Identical pricing to a company profile, because it is the same work under a different name. The difference is editorial, not production.

Your logo, fonts, and brand colors. If the brand does not exist yet, that is a separate conversation and I will put a proposal together after a call.

Work out your exact price

Proof

Open the real ones.

Every card opens the actual document — cover, inside spreads, back. Arrow through them; each caption says what that spread is doing.

Before you ask

The questions that come up.

If yours is not here, send it and you get a straight answer in writing.

Ask about your project

In production terms, not at all, which is why the price is the same. In editorial terms a profile argues that your company is credible, and a brochure explains what you sell. Some clients need one document doing both, and that is fine.

Yes. Bleed, crop marks, CMYK where they want CMYK, and images at press resolution. Send me their spec sheet and I will build to it exactly rather than to a general standard and hope.

No, and you are better off not having me in the middle of it. Print is local, quotes vary enormously, and a printer near you can fix a problem the same day. I supply files any printer can run.

Not the right one? Documents that get you taken seriously covers everything in editorial design.

Tell me what the brochure has to do

Who receives it, where, and what you want them to do next. That answers more design questions than a page count does, and it costs nothing to describe.
