Company Profile Design
The document that gets you shortlisted.
A company profile is the document a buyer reads while deciding whether to shortlist you. Fixed price agreed up front, and the InDesign source is yours.
Most company profiles fail in the first thirty seconds, and not because they are ugly. They open with a history nobody asked for, bury what the company actually does on page six, and give equal weight to everything, so the reader gives equal weight to nothing.
Who it is for — pick yours
Then the profile has one job: make the shortlist decision easy for someone comparing you against a glossier deck. Lead with what you deliver, prove it with named work, and put certifications where they get seen — the S&P spread in the proof below does exactly that. These usually land at 16 to 24 pages.
The most common starting point, and the cheapest to fix. Your content already exists, so you skip the writing charge and pay for design only — most Word-export rescues land in the 8 to 12 page row of the price list.
That is a restructure, not a cosmetic pass. We cut what you stopped doing, lead with what you sell now, and keep every page that still earns its place. Bring the old PDF to the brief — knowing what to reuse is half the work.
What it costs
Published, not quoted on request.
Page count is what moves the price, because page count is what moves the work. The no-content charge scales with it for the same reason: writing eight pages and writing thirty are not the same job.

Before you ask
The questions that come up.
If yours is not here, send it and you get a straight answer in writing.
Ask about your projectMost companies land between 12 and 24. Under 8 usually means something important got cut. Over 32 usually means nothing did. Send me what you have and I will tell you which of those you are, before you pick a tier.
Yes, and it is priced per tier rather than as one flat fee. I will interview you for about an hour, draft it, and you edit. What I will not do is invent achievements or numbers to fill space.
A press-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, a smaller screen PDF for email, and the packaged InDesign file with fonts and links. You can hand that last one to any designer without coming back to me.
Both, from one layout, because almost every profile is used both ways. If it is genuinely screen-only I will say so and simplify the setup rather than charge you for press preparation you will never use.
Not the right one? Documents that get you taken seriously covers everything in editorial design.
