Ask about your projectYes, on every website build. Technical and on-page SEO is part of the work rather than an upsell, because retrofitting structure and schema after launch always costs more than doing it once at the start.
Most projects are more than one thing: a company profile and the pitch deck that reuses it, or a website with the content and search work that make it rank. Combined scopes are quoted as one fixed price.
We requote that piece before it gets built, in writing. Nothing gets added to an invoice you have not seen. If a change makes something earlier unnecessary, that comes off too.
Yes, as a monthly retainer with a scope agreed each month. It suits companies shipping something every week. Billed at the start of the month, cancellable any time, no minimum term.
