Ask about your projectIf the content barely changes, hand-coded. If the site has to do something, React and Node. If somebody on your team publishes every week, WordPress, built lean without a page builder. I will tell you which after one conversation about who maintains it.
Technical, on-page, and schema, in every build, at no extra charge. Sold on its own that work is $450 a month. It is included here because doing it during the build costs a fraction of retrofitting it afterwards, so charging twice would be hard to justify.
No, and this is the one thing I will not do. You never own what those platforms make. Stop paying and the site stops existing, and there is no file to hand to another developer. WordPress is different: it is yours, and it runs anywhere.
You do, completely. The repository or the WordPress installation, the domain, the hosting account, the Analytics property. If you buy hosting through me it goes under your own Google account, so the login is in your name and not mine.
On WordPress, yes, that is the reason to pick it. On a hand-coded site you can send me changes, or I can connect a headless CMS during the build if you know in advance that editing matters. Deciding that after launch is the expensive way.
