billalhossain.com is the personal site of Md Billal Hossain, Certified Editorial Designer and AI web developer, and Founder & CEO of Bear My Brand, a branding and digital agency in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Client agreements, proposals, quotations, and invoices are issued under Bear My Brand, and project records live in the agency's internal client management system — see the Terms & Conditions.

Questions about this policy, or about anything this site holds that relates to you: [email protected] or [email protected]. Both are read by me, not a team inbox.

There are no user accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no payment processing on this site. The contact page has no email-first form: the brief composer assembles a message in your browser, shows you the exact text, and hands it to WhatsApp only when you tap send. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to, or stored on, any server of mine — if you close the tab before sending, the text is gone.

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no browser storage for tracking. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font network.

The one measurement tool is Google Analytics 4 (property G-1TC1QDLVZ2). It sets cookies and collects usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type — which Google processes on my behalf. I use it in aggregate: which pages get read, where visitors come from, whether the site is fast. I do not use it to identify individuals, and no advertising features are enabled.

How Google handles this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can block analytics with any content blocker, with your browser's cookie controls, or with Google's own opt-out add-on — the site works identically either way.

Three third-party services can load in your browser, and each one tells you before it does:

• YouTube — video players load only after you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's reduced-tracking domain. Until that click, only a poster image hosted on this site is shown and YouTube receives nothing.
• Google Maps — the contact page embeds a map of my location in Dhaka. It loads lazily, when you scroll to it, and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp — the chat widget and the brief composer open wa.me links. What you send there is a WhatsApp conversation between you and me, governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Links to external profiles — LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Facebook, Instagram, Bear My Brand — are plain links. Nothing from those platforms loads on this site.

If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive what you chose to send: your message, your name or number as your account shows it, and any files you attach. I use it to reply, to scope your project, and to quote it. It stays in my WhatsApp and email accounts the way any correspondence does.

If we agree to work together, the project's commercial records — the signed proposal, quotations, invoices, and payment history — are kept in Bear My Brand's internal client management system for as long as business and tax records reasonably need to be kept. Your project files are kept so I can support the work after delivery, and deleted on request once a project is closed out.

I build websites and automations for healthcare practices, and the boundary is stated the same way everywhere: I do not access, store, or process patient data, I do not sign Business Associate Agreements, and no system I build for a client is represented as HIPAA-compliant by me. If your project involves protected health information, that data stays entirely on your side of the line.

• Block or clear cookies — the site fully works without them.
• Prefer email over WhatsApp — both addresses are on the contact page and neither is a lesser channel.
• Ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted — email either address and it happens, subject only to records I am required to keep for invoicing and tax.

If the site's behavior changes — a new tool, a new embed — this page changes in the same release, and the date at the top moves. No silent updates.
